These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.vacsil.com and your purchase of services from Vacsil, a mobile headlight restoration service operated by Safetz, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.Services
Vacsil provides mobile headlight restoration services at a location of your choosing within our service area. All services are performed on-site at your vehicle's location.
Scope of Service
Our standard headlight restoration service includes wet sanding, polishing, and UV protective coating application to exterior headlight lenses. It does not include:
- Replacement of headlight assemblies or bulbs
- Repair of internal fogging, moisture, or cracked lenses
- Repair of electrical components
- Any work on the vehicle interior
2.Service Disclaimer & Results Disclosure
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Headlight restoration results vary depending on the condition, age, material, and manufacturer coating of your headlight lenses. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Results are not guaranteed to be uniform or perfect. Oxidation, yellowing, and haze can vary across the same lens.
- Headlights with internal fogging, moisture intrusion, cracks, or deep pitting may show limited or no improvement. We will advise you before proceeding where possible, but some conditions are not identifiable until work begins.
- Headlights with failed or compromised factory coatings may not bond well with our sealant, which can affect the longevity of results.
- Our UV protective coating is designed to extend the clarity of restored lenses. Longevity varies based on climate, parking conditions, and vehicle age. We do not guarantee a specific duration of results.
- Some severely degraded headlights may not be restorable and may require replacement. If we determine a headlight cannot be meaningfully improved, we will inform you and a partial or full charge may still apply for labor performed.
We exercise professional judgment in all services. Our goal is to deliver the best possible result for your vehicle's specific condition.
3.Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments may be scheduled via our website, phone, text, or email. Bookings made through automated or AI-assisted systems are subject to confirmation by our team.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location.
4.Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes provided via phone, text, email, chat, or AI-assisted systems are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by a Vacsil representative.
- Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your headlights upon inspection.
- We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price unless the scope of work changes.
5.Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as noted at the time of booking.
- Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.
6.Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VACSIL AND SAFETZ, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical defects, or conditions present before our service was performed.
7.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vacsil, Safetz, LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
8.Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inaccessible vehicles, abusive behavior, or inability to verify appointment details.
9.Intellectual Property
All content on https://www.vacsil.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Safetz, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
