Refund & Cancellation Policy
Mobile Headlight Restoration Services

At Vacsil, we take pride in our work and want every customer to feel confident booking with us. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, no-shows, and requests for refunds or service re-dos.
1.Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment: No charge. We will happily reschedule you at a convenient time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee may apply, up to 50% of the quoted service amount, to cover mobilization costs.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full service amount may be charged.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we need to cancel your appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional cost — or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
2.No-Shows
If our technician arrives at the agreed-upon location and cannot access the vehicle or reach you within 15 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. A no-show fee of up to the full service amount may be charged.
3.Satisfaction & Redo Policy
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result of your headlight restoration, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
Our resolution process is handled on a case-by-case basis. We will review the concern, considering the pre-service condition of the headlights, the nature of the issue, and the service performed. Resolution options may include:
- A complimentary redo of the affected area if the issue is due to our workmanship.
- A partial credit toward a future service.
- A partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Please note: Results are subject to the condition of your headlights at the time of service. Issues related to internal fogging, cracked lenses, deep pitting, failed factory coatings, or pre-existing damage that was disclosed or visible before service began do not qualify for a redo or refund. 4.Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
- We do not issue cash refunds.
5.Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of future service access and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
