This SMS & Text Messaging Consent Policy ("SMS Policy") describes how Vacsil, operated by Safetz, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), sends text messages to customers and prospective customers. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to this policy.
1.Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Vacsil — through our website, booking form, phone call, or any other channel — and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt in by:
- Checking the opt-in box on our website contact or booking form
- Texting a designated keyword to our business number
- Verbally or in writing providing your number and agreeing to receive texts
2.Types of Messages We Send
We may send the following types of text messages:
Transactional Messages
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician arrival notifications
- Service completion notifications
- Responses to your inquiries
- Quotes and estimates
Marketing Messages (with your explicit consent)

3.Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your appointments and service activity. Marketing messages are sent infrequently — typically no more than 2–4 times per month. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages.
4.Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Vacsil is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
5.How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts will be sent.
Note: Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending transactional messages directly related to a confirmed service appointment (e.g., technician arrival times, completion notices).

7.AI & Automated Messaging Disclosure
Some text messages sent by Vacsil may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) or automated messaging systems. These systems may send appointment reminders, service quotes, follow-ups, and responses to common inquiries on our behalf.
If you are communicating via text and wish to speak with a live person, simply reply or request human assistance and a team member will respond as soon as possible during business hours.
AI-generated quotes or confirmations sent via text are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by a Vacsil representative.
8.Privacy & No Third-Party Sharing
Your mobile phone number and any information shared via text message will be used solely by Vacsil / Safetz, LLC to provide and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9.Supported Carriers
Our text messaging service is compatible with most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS. Carrier support may vary. Vacsil is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our text messaging service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
